About us
We are a company with a background in Strength and Conditioning Science, Physical Education (P.E.), Sports Coaching & Occupational Therapy.

Passionate about improving the quality of movement and functional performance for all.

Supporting all abilities, ages and fitness levels including elite and performance athletes.
Specialists in supporting children and adults with additional movement needs (DCD, Dyspraxia, ASD, ADHD).
Our Services
As a company we aim to make sport and P.E enjoyable and accessible for all. We work with all ages and abilities but pride ourselves on working with primary school children, particularly those who are finding P.E and sport challenging.
With our unique approach to improving underlying sporting characteristics we see incredible improvements. Our coordination groups typically improve by 42% over 10 sessions and under-perfromers improve by 51.5%!
